MY APPROACH

HOLISTIC

I take a holistic and integrative approach to nutrition counseling. I've seen the best results when we take a step back and look at the larger picture, piecing together all of the moving elements rather than focusing on a single issue like your diet, we look at everything. Sleep, stress, movement, and nutrition, to name a few, all have an impact on our well-being.

REALISTIC

My goal is to be aware of and sensitive to your budget, cultural backgrounds, knowledge base, physical abilities, and mental health histories. I collaborate with you to develop objectives and programs that are within your capabilities and comfort zones. Wherever my clients are, I meet them there. I will work with you on what seems realistic for your lifestyle.

PERSONALIZED

 In 1:1 coaching, I will go over possible interventions and alternatives with you and let you select what seems best to you. It's possible that we'll have to try a few various approaches and experiment to see what works best for you. My top priority will always be to find the root cause of your health problems, and that fundamental cause, as well as the intervention for it, will vary from person to person.

Working with me will provide you with all of the information, support, and accountability you need to get back on track!
